2017 Annual Meeting
St. Louis, MO April 7-9th, 2017
Mark your calendars and plan on attending our 2017 Annual Meeting. My hope is that this information will allow you the lead-time needed to plan your trip to St. Louis, MO.
The Mid South Region of the NADKC will hold our Derby, Zuchtschau, BTR and a seminar at Busch Wildlife Conservation Area in St. Charles, MO on April 7th. Busch Wildlife is approximately 10 miles from our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, O’Fallon, MO.
On Saturday, April 8th, our General Membership Meeting, Banquet, and Award's Ceremony will be held at the Whitmoor Country Club approximately 6 miles from the Host Hotel.
For those NADKC members who also test in NAVHDA, you will be able to run your Derby dogs in the MO Uplands Chapter test on Sunday, April 9th.

Overview of the Weekend
The 2017 NADKC Annual Meeting will be hosted by the Mid South Region in St. Louis, MO on April 7-9th, 2017. We anticipate a large membership turnout due to St. Louis’s central location in the US and member enthusiasm.
Host hotel, testing, Zuchtschau and meeting/banquet locations are all within 10-15 minutes of the hotel. Our dog friendly host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Express, 1175 Technology Dr. O’Fallon, MO. The phone # is 1-636-300-4844. Please book your rooms now and reference that you are participating in the NADKC group activities to receive the discounted room rate of $99.00 plus tax. A continental breakfast will be available at the hotel, and if you choose, there are several other breakfast locations in the area.
Friday, April 7
On Friday April 7th, we will hold our Derby, Zuchtschau, and BTR at the Missouri Conservation Busch Wildlife Area, 2360 Hwy D, St. Charles, MO 63304. A seminar will also be held at this location. Your lunch on Friday will be on your own, with a group buffet dinner on Friday night. If you plan on participating in the Derby, BTR and/or Zuchtschau, please get your test entry form into the Test Coordinator, Sherry Cathey at 461 Penrod Rd. Troy, MO 63379 ASAP. Her cell # is 314-406-2139 and email email@example.com. She will be handlling all paperwork. Your quick attention to this request will allow us to secure adequate judges, test ground locations, and adjust our seminar agenda, if needed.
Saturday, April 8
On Saturday, April 8th, we will hold our General Membership Meeting, several seminars and lunch during the day. In the evening, join us for our Banquet, Awards Ceremony, and Auction at the Whitmoor Country Club, 1100 Whitmoor Drive St. Charles, MO 63304. Meal reservations for the Whitmoor Country Club are required. You may pay for your meals by personal check or on-line.
Sunday, April 9
On Sunday, April 9th, we will hold a Judge's Seminar at the Staybridge Hotel next to the Holiday Inn Express from 8:00-11:00 AM.
Auction items continue to flow in, and we believe the selection and uniqueness of these items will appeal to the hunting dog enthusiast in all of you.

1. Shaved Prime Rib on Toasted Pretzel Bun topped with Crisp Onion Straws, Pepper Jack Cheese with war Au Jus and Fries
2. California Chicken Club Cheddar Grilled Chicken Avocado, Bacon Chipotle Aioli on a Toasted Cibatta and House Made Chips
3. Slow Roasted Sliced Turkey Butter Toasted Croissant, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Shredded Lettuce and side of Fresh Fruit

It’s that time of year again. Hunting season is almost over and we are thinking about next season.
