Bento von der Kopperburg 0614/10
VJP 70, D1, S1, AH, VGP1(4H Blood tracking), HN Fw: V2 HD-A1

Kora von der Madlage x Boss KS Tatameer

Download: Ahnentafel *

Though his testing speaks for itself, Bento's pedigree really piqued my interest.  Where Quentos was Boss to Flora, Bento is Boss to Kora (Flora x Ibo KS vom Delme Horst) which supports Roxy's (Ibo Grandaughter) motherline.  I fully expect just as much from my C- litter as I have so far gotten from the B- litter.  I want to get these puppies into experienced hands who will support the system that has produced the true Deutsch Kurzhaar.

Gibb Seehof 9003/12
(Wasir KS Birkenwald x Argo KS Seehof)

D1, D1, SOLoE1, S1, VGP1 (324 pts – Top Dog at the Klub Süd Baden VGP I Herbolzheim, Germany), HN, HD-A2, BTR, VBR, IKP Prize 1 (336 pts, V3), FW: 2 x V1. Gibb is a candidate for the 2014 Dr. Kleemann Prüfung.

Gibb Seehof is a very young rüden lead by Mr. Hofstetter. Mr. Hofstetter feels that this could be a very special young dog and looks forward to completing his education. Gibb, in addition to being very handsome, has an excellent search and a GREAT noise. Mr. Hofstetter compared Gibb’s talent to that of Tobias KS vom Hege-Haus and Darwin KS vom Hege-Hof, pretty lofty company.

Download: Ahnentafel *

Gibb is the son of Wasir KS Birkenwald - D1, S1, VGP 1, BTR, HZP181, VBR, SW1, IKP 1, 2008 Dr. Kleemann Prüfung, HD-A2, V1 - who had an outstanding testing record and was the V1 male at the 2007 IKP and the V3 male at the 2008 Kleemann. Gibb’s mother was Argo KS Seehof – D1,D1, S1, S1, VGP 1, IKP 1, BTR, CACIT res, HDO, V1 - who again had an outstanding testing record and was the Res CACIT at the 2008 Kleemann. Argo is the daughter of Tobias KS vom Hege-Haus, one of the best Hege-Haus males of all time.

This is a mating of two the famous DKV bloodlines in Europe. Hege-Haus is the most famous and successful bloodline in the history of the DKV. Birkenwald, based in England, has been and continues to be one of the most respected and successful Zwingers in the DKV. It is hoped that this partial out-cross of the Hege-Haus bloodline (Indy is 91% HH and Gibb is 40% HH) will produce outstanding individuals. Since the passing of Frau Stramann, there have been numerous attempts at Hege-Haus out-crosses. We feel this may be a viable option and mating these two outstanding individuals could produce something special. Indy will remain in Germany, following the Kleemann, for this breeding to take place. Because of logistics this mating will only take place one time. If you are interested in this mating, we encourage you to submit your puppy agreement immediately.
