The Mid-Atlantic Region is hosting the 2019 NADKC Annual Meeting from April 11-14, 2019.

The following information is for your convenience for arranging your plans to stay in New Jersey.

We plan to start our fun weekend with a Meet and Greet at the host hotel, Holiday Inn, Budd Lake, New Jersey, on the evening of April 11th.

We have guaranteed room rates at the Holiday Inn, Budd Lake, New Jersey, Residence Inn, Mt. Olive, New Jersey and Extended Stay America, Mt. Olive. Holiday Inn and Residence Inn are close to each other and they share the parking lot.

Please see details below and ask for the NADKC rate. This rate is only guaranteed until March 31st. Rooms are limited, so please make your reservations early.

The Coordinating Committee of the 2019 Annual Meeting is inviting non attending members to join in on the fun.
If you can't make the meeting and still would like an opportunity to bid on one of the auction items, please contact Jorge Pacheco and he will explain the remote bidding process. Bids may be placed by emailing Jorge@vomPach-Haus.com. Please include your bid price for silent auctions and your highest desired bid. For the raffle items, let me know how many tickets you want and for which item and I will set aside the tickets and email a scan copy.

This hunt is for 2 hunters, 2 days of hunting, guided or non-guided, Lodging and meals included.

Meals and lodging included. Firearms available for loan if needed.
Mixed bag upland bird preserve hunt, unlimited hogs, predators, and one javelina per person.
